Chicks Only Mushroom Event

Bring your mom, grandma, daughter, sisters, aunties, nieces, girlfriends, or just yourself to this “Chicks Only” day! Even though no guys are allowed, we will be searching for “fun-gis.” We might even find an Old Man of the Woods.

Besides learning about mushrooms, we will have tons of fun and meet new friends. We will also discuss tree identification, plants, and berries we come across while we are in the woods. A delicious picnic lunch with wild mushrooms will prepared by the fabulous Borealle. Lunch will not only be delicious, but it will also be 100% fresh, healthy, and vegan.

Join MN Food for Life Instructors Jill Erickson & Jodi Gruhn for a day of fun, food, and healing. This in-person workshop will take place at the Center of Belonging in south Mpls on Saturday, November 11th, from 9am-3pm.
