    Ingredients: Canned Black Beans, Coffee, Jalapeno, Onion, Garlic, Cumin, Sugar, Olive Oil, Crushed Red Pepper, Oregano

    • 2 cans black beans

    • 1 onion

    • 4 cloves garlic chopped

    • 1 bunch of cilantro (or not if you don’t like cilantro)

    • ½ to 1 cup of black coffee (leftover brewed)

    • 1 jalapeno chopped

    • ½ a bunch of greens

    • 2 teaspoons maple syrup/sugar

    • 6 tablespoons of butter

    • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (more if you like it spicier)

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    • Sautee onion in butter

    • Add garlic, beans, spices, coffee

    • Cook the liquid off, the beans should be creamy not dry

    • Put ingredients in pan in the vitamix or food processor.

    • Blend til creamy

    • Spoon dip into bowl.

    • Chop cilantro. Top the dip.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve alone, with tortilla chips, plantain chips or as a filling for a wrap.
